Standard warranty
Long Range Systems UK offers the best warranty of any paging
company. It comprises of a standard warranty and extended warranty.
We particularly offer superyacht and marine and sea going vessels a
great warranty and support.
Our standard warranty is for three years* and
covers all manufacturing defects from the date of the invoice for a
three year period. Obviously like all other companies we exclude
wear and tear, user caused damage in the same way that other
manufacturers warranties do.
Here's the details of the optional extended warranty of up to ten years:
It is true to say that LRS products are some of the most robust
units in the paging industry available today. In fact our warranty
manufacturing defect failure rate is 0.3% here in the United
Kingdom. That equates to near enough three or four unit failures in
1000 pieces. It confirms what we have always known - LRS products
are designed to be robust in some of the harshest environments in
the world.
And the above is one of the key reasons why LRS UK
offers an optional full 10* year warranty to UK customers. There's
no messing about, no trying to evade warranty as some companies do,
just one solid warranty and all you have to do is agree to our terms
which apply.
Clearly, if you abuse a product (maybe dropping
it in water, or driving over it with a truck) then the pager will
not be covered under any warranty from anyone. But for all
manufacturing defects where a customer agrees to our terms and
conditions then its a simple matter to actually get a 10* year
warranty on manufacturing defects. Please note that *Terms apply for
continued warranty for the full 10 years. If you do not send the
'voucher' back agreeing to our terms then warranty falls back to our
standard warranty terms.

We have implemented
this warranty on systems since May 2011. And we can confirm that
customers are benefiting from this warranty throughout the UK.
You will find that other companies will try and rubbish our
warranty simply because they have no other answer when competing
with this level of warranty offered.
All equipment can be
covered by this optional warranty but the way to get our optional
10* year warranty is when purchasing a brand new system. This
warranty does not apply to single product purchases.
